Phoenix Community Alliance (PCA) was formed in 1984 as a 501 (c) 3 non profit organization. PCA is currently a major private sector catalyst for Downtown & Central Phoenix revitalization and renewal by bringing together businesses, governmental, cultural, educational, civic organizations and area stakeholders.
